Compliance Audit Lead Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and Schedule Audits: Assist the Compliance and Risk Manager in executing audits across prioritized sites.
* Manage Logistics: Coordinate site visits, including contractor management.
* Ensure Compliance: Complete auditing, verification, and testing as required.
* Document Completion: Finalize post-trip documentation.
Essential Duties
* Documentation Maintenance: Draft, review, and update relevant documentation.
* Schedule Management: Finalize schedules of work and provide access to contractors.
* Adaptability: Adjust work schedules as needed to meet business requirements.
* Audit Coordination: Assign and coordinate resources for audits.
* Equipment Outage: Coordinate equipment outages and site access.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Inform staff of business impacts and ensure site works specification documents are complete.
* Work-Order Capture: Capture all work-orders in EAMS.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Business Travel: Travel regularly and comply with Bureau policies and procedures.
About This Role:
This role plays a critical part in supporting the Compliance and Risk Manager in the execution of compliance audits across various OSO sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
What You Will Do:
