Position: Medical Receptionist

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Medical Receptionist to join our team at our established practice in Liverpool. The successful applicant will report to the Head Secretary and/or Administration Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality reception duties while providing an empathetic and friendly service to all our patients and referring practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform reception duties with high attention to detail
* Provide empathetic and friendly service to our patients and referring practitioners
* Manage multi-tasking and prioritisation effectively
* Work well under pressure in a team environment
Experience & Attributes:
* Previous medical / radiology experience is desirable, but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient computer skills
