* Drive overall gross monthly revenue growth through labour utilisation and profitability enhancements.
* Oversight of workshop operations, staff performance, financial management, and service quality adherence.
You will be responsible for commercial leadership, client management, and business development, driving measurable growth and readiness for succession.
Requirements
* A strong network of key decision-makers in the Road Transport and Logistics industry.
* At least 5+ years in a senior leadership or operational role within the heavy vehicle/diesel service sector.
* Proven ability to manage P&Ls and drive growth.
* A clear desire to own and operate a business, with confirmed financial capacity to capitalise on immediate equity opportunities.
