About the Role
* We are seeking a talented individual to support day-to-day maintenance operations, investigating problems through root cause analysis and applying practical solutions.
* You will work closely with experienced engineers to monitor equipment performance, identify areas for improvement, and use data to inform decision-making.
What You Need To Succeed
* To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed or be near completion of a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
* You should have a collaborative approach, strong problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for data analysis.

In addition, you will gain experience across two integrated cement plants, starting in Railton (TAS) and moving to Gladstone (QLD) in the second year.
