Overview
The Physiotherapist role is a full‑time contract position focused on delivering outstanding clinical outcomes, client experiences and team collaboration within Proactive Physiotherapy.
Clinical Expectations
* Complete SOAP notes daily, or by first thing the following morning.
* Send referral letters to new clients immediately and to referring practitioners within 24 hours of the client session.
* Assess, diagnose, plan and treat clients according to professional and practice clinical guidelines.
* Share supervision of students as requested by the Clinical Team Leader.
Client Management & KPI's
* Manage clients with family‑level care and structured management plans documented by the second appointment.
* Contact clients by phone within 24 hours of the session.
* Maintain a clinical utilisation of 1.0 and average $80 per consultation.
* Provide an educational article per month for social media, email and blog use.

* Identify professional growth opportunities for self and the team.
* Drive positive change and explore new clinic ideas.
* Participate in weekly mentoring, quarterly team catch‑ups, and professional development sessions.

* Employ a positive attitude and engage team members positively.

Hours & Availability
This role averages 38 hours per week, with flexibility for outside‑of‑hours involvement such as presentations, community and sporting event participation, and learning opportunities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent.
* AHPRA and Medicare Registration.
* Minimum 1 year of physiotherapy work experience.
* Professional insurances (PL and PI) and registration with required health insurance providers.
Remuneration Structure
Base salary of $76,515 per year (permanent rate) plus superannuation. Employment agreement may include incentives or commissions subject to role requirements. Commission incentives are bonus payments dependent on fulfilling core role components such as dashboard completion.
