Senior Contracts Administrator Position
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Contracts Administrator to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
1. Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing project plans.
* Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.
* Monitor and report on project progress and finances.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Provide expert advice on contract administration and dispute resolution.
Requirements:
* Hold a degree in a relevant field, such as building, construction management, or quantity surveying.
* Possess a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in contract administration.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Be proficient in software applications such as Jobpac, Acconex, and Payapps.
