About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to join our Systems and Financial Administration team at the Ministry of Health. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing NSW Health grants and ensuring compliance with policies, programs, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake financial and accounting activities in an Oracle R12 environment, including management reports and budget development analysis.
* Support the Principal Finance Analyst in providing insights and other analytical support services to various programs, projects, and stakeholders.
* Liaise with branches in the Ministry and the wider Health System to implement and maintain the grant system and other systems as required.
Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in a financial or accounting discipline.
* A working knowledge of the Grants Administration Guide.
* The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
