The Role:
* Guide buyers through the purchasing process, understanding their goals and criteria
* Source quality on‐ and off‐market opportunities using the client and your own network
* Analyse properties and market data to support smart buying decisions
* Negotiate purchases and manage contracts to secure best outcomes
* Coordinate inspections, due diligence, and settlement for a seamless experience
The Candidate:
* Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Experience as a Buyers Agent/Associate or Sales Agent/Associate in Real Estate (non negotiable)
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
