Protech are currently seeking Field Officers to work from the Caboolture depot with the Fire Ant Program through Biosecurity Queensland. You will need to be able to start on 30/1/2026
Training will be provided with a full-day classroom induction for your first day, and ongoing training and support from your team leaders.

Key Duties:
* Visual surveillance and bait treatment for insects
* Daily reporting tasks, data collection and record keeping
* Driving Company vehicle
Position mandatory requirements:
* Open car licence
* Ability to work in a team environment
* MUST have previous outdoor work experience in Landscaping, Agricultural, Arboricultural, Land Management and Conservation, Civil
* Face to Face customer service experience
* Must be physically fit as the role requires substantial walking through challenging terrain up to km per day
* Pass a drug and alcohol screen
* Can pass a Police check
