Role
The HR Systems Administrator (internally known as the GHRO Analyst) is part of the Global Human Resources Operations (GHRO) team. The GHRO team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise through system execution and management.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for delivering system changes to support employee life cycle events
Daily system maintenance, supporting existing or new applications timely, ensure data accuracy
Conduct routine system transactions specific to role following the standard operating guidelines
Proactively analyse daily work and identify opportunities for improvement initiatives and drive enhancements for a better cast touch experience
Consistently respond to cast member inquiries with a high level of professionalism to ensure excellent customer service
Develop and communicate job aids, end user operating guides, and business processes
Identify and escalate systemic issues by recognising increases in certain call or request types
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems such as SAP and Workday
The ability and desire to learn new, complex systems
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
Ability to drive processes and to deliver high quality services in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
Demonstrated strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently
Ability to build strong relationships and trust throughout the organization
Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment
A positive and productive approach to your working day
