**Your new role**
- Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with company policies, process and procedures
- Answer all calls professionally and within in a timely manner
- Identify and assess customers' needs providing solutions and/or alternatives including up-selling
- Process customer service requests
- Liaise with relevant departments to fulfil customer requirements
- Escalate customer queries/complaints, as required
- Review and enter customer data into relevant systems
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Investigate and raise debits / credits
- Receipt and process customer payments
- Dealing with fast-paced telephone call volumes
- Dealing with demanding and challenging customers
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Professional telephone manner
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Accurate data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Active listening skills with the ability to show empathy
- Ability to cultivate and maintain successful working relationships
- Ability to adapt to change
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Able to commute to Welshpool
**What you'll get in return**

You will receive full training and support to best equip you in this role. It will initially be a 6-month role with the intention to go permanent. Role will be Monday to Friday - roster 7.5 hours between 7.30-5.30, can be flexible. Initial training will be 8-4. Start ASAP!
