**Your new role**
- Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with company policies, process and procedures
- Answer all calls professionally and within in a timely manner
- Identify and assess customers' needs providing solutions and/or alternatives including up-selling
- Process customer service requests
- Liaise with relevant departments to fulfil customer requirements
- Escalate customer queries/complaints, as required
- Review and enter customer data into relevant systems
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Investigate and raise debits / credits
- Receipt and process customer payments
- Dealing with fast-paced telephone call volumes
- Dealing with demanding and challenging customers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Professional telephone manner
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Accurate data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Active listening skills with the ability to show empathy
- Ability to cultivate and maintain successful working relationships
- Ability to adapt to change
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Able to commute to Welshpool

**What you'll get in return**

You will work for a globally established organisation which offers varying opportunities to progress your skills and experience. You will receive full training and support to best equip you in this role. It will initially be a 6-month role with the intention to go permanent. Role will be Monday to Friday - roster 7.5 hours between 7.30-5.30, can be flexible. Initial training will be 8-4. Start ASAP
