THE ROLE Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, the Recruitment & HR Adviser supports the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and provides high-quality HR administrative and advisory support across the Social Services Regulator (SSR). In this role, you will coordinate recruitment activities across the full lifecycle from application review and shortlisting through to interview coordination, pre-employment checks, and preparation of offer documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and deliver a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Day-to-day your responsibilities will include: * Support the SSR's end to end recruitment, including reviewing applications, assisting in candidate selection, supporting interview coordination and participation, pre-employment documentation and drafting offer letters. * Provide high quality candidate care throughout the recruitment process by providing regular communication and managing candidate queries via phone and email within agreed timeframes. * Provide administrative support with the SSR's HR processes and systems, including management of the SSR's staffing profile/establishment, reporting lines and other HR related systems and reporting tools. * Provide accurate and timely advice to internal and external stakeholders on the recruitment and human recourse management processes and policies, including best practice recruitment and human resource management methodologies and legislative requirements For more details, please open the position description.
