Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering best-practice, person-centred care to patients with diverse health conditions.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing individual and group exercise physiology services within community centres, clients' home environments and community settings. You will work closely with a vibrant multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists and stream/team leaders to deliver high-quality service delivery.
About the Role
* Deliver individual and group exercise physiology services within community centres, clients' home environments and community settings.
* Work across various specialisms including orthopaedic, neurological oncological pain management cardiorespiratory conditions.
* Develop strong partnerships across Monash Health while contributing to effective service delivery.
