Proactively manage all legal documentation and lease administration, seeking new ways to streamline processes and deliver better outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
Determination & Performance:
Oversee rent reviews, arrears collection, and the preparation of budgets and reconciliations, demonstrating a drive for excellence and accountability in all financial and operational matters.
Integrity:
Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and insurance requirements, acting transparently and ethically in every interaction.

Risk Management:

Day To Day
Administration of all legal documentation associated with leasing.
Conducting rent reviews and managing arrears.
Preparing leasing recommendations, inspections, and engaging with external agencies.
Preparing and finalising operational and capital expenditure budgets and reconciliations.
Managing minor works projects and contractor performance.
Overseeing insurance matters and risk assessments.
Regular property inspections and compliance monitoring.
Supporting customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a property-related discipline.
Property management experience (industrial sector preferred).
Current Real Estate Licence.
Strong administrative and legal/lease documentation skills.
Proficiency with property management and finance platforms (e.g., Sassi, Yardi, Pulse).
Knowledge of industrial, business park, and suburban office buildings.
Current driver's licence.
