**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Oversee and manage the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex project(s) in line with Queensland Health project and program management methodologies.
- Advocate and ensure the use of appropriate project and program management techniques, methodologies, and tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project and program outcomes are delivered.
- Oversee and manage the monitoring, controlling, and reporting of project and program related trends and performance against plans, deliverables, and schedules.
- Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business and foster relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
- Manage capability and resource development by leading and mentoring multidisciplinary team(s).
- Multi-tasking, prioritising, communicating, and organizing activities in a virtual environment to achieve project and program milestones.
To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:
- Proven experience in the management and delivery of complex SAP project(s) and/or programs that include SAP upgrades and implementations, preferably S/4HANA and ECC6 as a minimum, and preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven excellent negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
- Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary technical and functional SAP resources.
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
- Availability to meet proposed term of engagement, including extension options.
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded related to a project and program management methodology.
