**Desktop Support Technician **I
**North Sydney/HYBRID | 12 month FTC**

**On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include**:
- Providing technical support via various channels
- Responding to employees technical needs and providing appropriate progress updates
- Logging and reporting all issues, testing and fixes
- Demonstrating a cost-effective approach to solutions and problem management
- Engaging in collaborative practices with the Desktop Support Team, working to achieve common goals
**You should be able to demonstrate the following in your recent, professional experience**:
- Ability to respond appropriately to critical issues, efficiently and with a customer centric approach
- Knowledge of general IT equipment such as printers and other peripheral devices
- Experience supporting AV/VC infrastructure and systems
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL practices
