Overview

In this newly created role you will supportend-to-end internal recruitment processes globally for Dabble. Working alongside the Talent Specialist and Head of Talent, you'll learn from an experienced team and have input to exciting talent projects. This is a great role for you if you're experienced managing end to end recruitment processes, and are comfortable navigating the ambiguity and opportunities that come with a start-up business environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing end to end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and making offers
* Collaborating with hiring managers to identify current and future global hiring needs
* Writing interesting and informative job advertisements and posting across multiple advertising platforms
* Developing and executing tailored sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent for hard-to-fill roles
* Ensuring a positive stakeholder experience for candidates and hiring managersby providing timely updates, clear communication, and personalised touchpoints throughout the hiring process
* Supporting building strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles across multiple regions
* Ensuring recruitment practices comply with global and local employment laws
* Developing your knowledge on global recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
* Providing market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and competitive hiring practices
* Maintaining accurate recruitment records using our ATS

To be successful in this role you will need:

* Demonstrated experience managing end to end recruitment processes, ideally within a technology or start up business environment
* Experience using an ATS (we use TeamTailor) and LinkedIn Recruiter software
* A track record of managing competing priorities within a fast paced environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* An understanding of Australian employment law and will be regarded favorably
* Exposure to recruitment in the UK and US would be preferred but is not required

Primary Location

This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne may be preferred.

Remuneration

The advertised salary for this position is $90,000 to$100,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
