The Opportunity
BlueScope Distribution is looking for a Warehouse Team member to join the operations based in Townsville.
As a team member, you will support our warehouse operations in ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers.
You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role allowing for future career development opportunities.
This role is a Monday-Friday position working 8.30am-4.30pm, with the intent on moving to our afternoon shift down the track (2pm-10pm).
You will have access to various health and wellbeing initiatives including Employment Assistance Program, Employee Real Deals and ongoing learning, support and training.
You will receive a competitive salary package and participation in our company incentive program (bonus).
What Will You Do?
Successfully contribute to a safe working environment, this role will see you:
Safely loading and unloading our products from trucks
Operate forklifts, gantry cranes and processing machinery
Accurately pick and pack orders
