Program Manager Role Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of a high-performance program aimed at developing Australian female surfing talent. The Program Manager will work closely with states, coaches, and athletes to achieve strategic objectives and build a strong national coaching network.

Key Responsibilities
* Finalize the program development strategy and operational plan.
* Liaise with states on individual priorities, collaborate on deliverables, and finalize memoranda of understanding.
* Identify, recruit, and onboard coach development leads.
* Support state selection and onboarding of state program leads and regional coaches based on recommendations.
* Coordinate athlete selections with the selection panel.
* Manage program budget, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
* Plan and deliver multiple national camps for athletes each year.
* Manage performance support activities and allocate resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
* At least 3 years' experience in high-performance sports management.
* Proven program management skills and ability to lead teams.
* Demonstrated commitment to working in multi-disciplinary environments.
* Experience in supervising staff to achieve performance outcomes.
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and related software.
* Working with children check clearance.
