Key Account Manager
We are seeking a proactive and customer-first professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory across the Institutional sector.
About the Role:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of customers in the Institutional sector
* Build strong relationships with aged care facilities, hospitality venues, and commercial customers
* Work with distributors to identify and convert new business opportunities
* Conduct site assessments, recommend solutions, and deliver product demonstrations
Technical Requirements:
* Install and maintain small Ecolab dispensing and dosing systems (basic power tools required)
* Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex service needs when required
* Train customers on safe and effective use of Ecolab products and systems
Commercial Execution:
* Deliver on territory sales targets and new business pipeline
* Maintain accurate activity reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates
Travel Requirements:
* Ability to travel within your territory, including a few overnight stays per month
* Openness to local international travel (rare)
