Front Office Receptionist Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our park, providing exceptional guest experiences through high-quality customer service and administrative support.

This role offers a supportive team environment, steady hours, and opportunities for internal promotions and growth. As part of our team, you will have access to discounted accommodation at our holiday parks nationally and discounts with our G'day Rewards Partners.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with proficient computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain accurate records.

* Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing exceptional guest experiences through high-quality customer service and administrative support.
2. Processing guest check-ins and outs efficiently and effectively.
3. Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
4. Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
5. Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest.
6. Completing day-to-day office administration tasks.
7. Maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
* Current drivers license essential.
