About the Role
You will play a crucial role in managing contracts, procurement, and cost control for our selected portfolio of projects ranging from $50 M - $70 M. You will work closely with Construction Managers, Clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless contract execution and financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts and subcontracts
* Manage procurement processes, including tendering and supplier agreements
* Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims to ensure budget compliance
* Assess and process subcontractor claims, progress payments, and invoices
* Support the project team in contract compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to support project reporting
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
About You
* Experience: 5+ years in contract administration within the construction industry.
* Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management
* Software Knowledge: Experience with contract administration software (e.g., Procore, Jobpac) is an advantage
* Communication: Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
