We have recently been chosen as the preferred provider for residential aged care sites in the region and are seeking talent therapists to join servicing those sites. As a Therapist in Residential Aged Care, you'll help older people stay active, independent, and connected to their communities through the Plena Care Pathway, a reablement-focused model supporting residents through every phase of their aged care journey.
Responsibilities
* Mobility and functional assessments
* Restorative therapy
* Falls prevention
* Pressure care
* Pain management
* Active ageing group programs
You'll work across a range of clinical areas, delivering one-on-one reablement therapy or collaborating with care staff to develop resident-centred plans. Your work will be purpose-driven and rewarding.
Qualifications
* Qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration (note: other details from listing apply as per role).
* Share our passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people.
* Australian working rights.
* Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
* Driver's license and willingness to travel within a dedicated region.
