About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving store performance while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for both customers and team members. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, set clear goals, and ensure the store consistently looks and performs at its best.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Developing and implementing sales strategies based on performance insights
* Delivering exceptional customer service and setting the standard for the team
* Overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
* Training and mentoring team members to support their growth and success
* Monitoring sales results and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Maintaining high standards of store presentation, compliance, and workplace safety
* Creating a positive, inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and pride in the store
Qualifications:Who We're looking for?
* Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management
* Proven ability to lead teams and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Strong experience in sales analysis and strategy execution
* Passion for customer service and team development
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
* A confident leader who motivates, supports, and inspires their team
