We're excited to welcome a Principal Dental Assistant and Rostering Coordinator to our Oral Health team.
This is a new role with the opportunity to be involved in the transformation and redesign of services within Oral Health within the wonderful location of the Sunshine Coast region.

Key Responsibilities include:
Responsible for overseeing master rostering, including leave management, workforce allocation across all Oral Health disciplines, sites, and coordination of the casual pools.
Clinic Management - Ensure cross-team collaboration and timely communication to support adequate staffing levels and maintain appropriate patient-to-staff ratios.
Provide a high standard of clinical dental assistance coordination at both fixed and mobile facilities to dental professionals and patients. Chairside assistance, directly and through mentoring is up to 50% of duties.
Remuneration value up to $104 161 p.a., comprising salary between $86 024 - $91 292 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA5). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
