The Role
We are seeking an experienced Kiosk Coordinator to drive the team to achieve our sales targets. In this hands‐on role, you will participate in the day‐to‐day operation of the café to achieve budgeted sales targets and KPIs. Reporting to our Assistant Centre Manager, the Kiosk Coordinator must provide the highest level of customer service and deliver first‐class service to our patrons, ensuring the kiosk operates effectively and efficiently within Health Department regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and inspire a café team.
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
* Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options.
* Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café.
* Meet the requirements of the centre's food safety plan.
* Ensure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standards.
* Follow health and safety guidelines.
* Operate as a cashier, taking orders and handling cash.
* Work mornings, evenings and weekends; hours may increase during the centre's peak periods.

Essentials
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR.
* Current Police Check.
* Working with Children Check.
* Food Handling Certificate.
* Legally entitled to work in Australia.
