We're looking for an experienced and hands‐on Head Chef to lead the kitchen and continue driving a consistent, high‐quality food offering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‐volume pub workplace, understands how to run strong kitchen systems and enjoys leading a team through busy service periods. The menu focuses on quality, hearty pub fare with British influence, from pub classics and grill favourites through to share‐style dishes and weekly specials.
