About the role:
As the Web Support Officer, you will work collaboratively with staff within the Media and Communications Unit and provide a service to staff within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.
This role will be required to provide online advice and assistance to staff throughout the network and administrative support to the team.
Duties for the role will include: Providing support to staff using the content management system
Using content management systems to publish and structure online content on a daily basis
Monitoring and moderating online submissions and escalating jobs where necessary
Communicating with software providers and internal technical staff regarding upgrades and technical patches as required
Ensuring content on intranet and internet sites are of an appropriate standard and consistent with the networks corporate identity About you: Demonstrated high level organisational skills, including excellent attention to detail
Proven ability in computing skills, including email and word processing
Demonstrated experience working in online communications, public relations, communication or related field
Proven ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of staff across the organisation
Proven ability to determine priorities, organise workloads and meet demanding work deadline Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
