* Minimum 1 year experience as a leader in the disability sector (bonus if it's in community services!)
* Completion of Certificate III in Community Services
* Creativity and ability to turn big ideas into reality
* Exceptional communication skills
* Open to a mix of support worker and administration days
* Passion about helping clients connect, grow, and build a brighter future
* Resilient, empathetic, and ready to make a lasting impact
