Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing agency workforce, supporting clients across Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and community-based settings in the Sunshine Coast.

About You
You are a reliable, compassionate and adaptable Disability Support Worker who thrives in agency environments and can confidently support a variety of participants with complex needs.
You will bring:
* Experience supporting participants in SIL and/or community care
* Strong knowledge of person‐centred and trauma‐informed care
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability, professionalism, and adaptability
* Flexibility suited to agency support work
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months full‐time experience in SIL or community care
* Experience with:
o Medium‐High Challenging Behaviour
o Medium Manual Handling
o High Personal Care
o Dysphagia Management
* Current National Police Check
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
* Full Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to drive participants
* Minimum 3 COVID‐19 vaccinations
* Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
