Office Administrator Role
This is a critical support position that ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
* Assist with various administrative tasks including mail handling, supply management and office maintenance.
* Coordinate events, activities and project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
* Manage office expenses by reconciling credit card statements and ensuring accurate accounting records.
* Provide general support to project managers in proposal drafting and delivery.
