Project Development Specialist
This role is focused on managing the project development process from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on tender preparation and submission for new projects
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop project briefs and requirements
* Develop and maintain relationships with key contractors and suppliers
What You Will Need
* A strong background in construction or a related field with 3+ years experience
* Main contractor experience is essential
* Understanding of current market rates and costs
