Job Overview
This is a full-time position involving day-to-day office administration duties at our depot.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
* Organise lubricant orders and dispatch.
* Process customer orders.
* Support team with everyday depot operations.
* Inventory control/stock management.
* End of month reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires multitasking and meeting deadlines, initiative and problem-solving skills, good organisational skills and attention to detail, competency in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. A strong focus on compliance processes and safety is also required.
Requirements
A customer service focused individual with previous administration experience who can work well within a team. Good communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential as well as knowledge of HSSE and COR processes.
