Overview This is a full-time, permanent Urologist Staff Specialist position at Mackay Base Hospital, central Queensland. The Department of Surgery is seeking a Urologist - Staff Specialist to join the team on a Permanent Full time and/or Part-Time basis.

Location and Facilities The hospital has undergone a major $408 million overhaul, doubling the number of beds to over 300 and expanding by 40,000 m2, including a new Emergency Department. It is a state-of-the-art, large regional healthcare facility.
Responsibilities You will work within a team environment, contributing to the provision of high-standard clinical services to patients of the Health Service.
About the Area Located on the mid Queensland coast, Mackay is a tropical region with a mild climate, offering access to beaches and outdoor activities. It is approximately 75 minutes by car from Airlie Beach and about one hour by flight from Brisbane.
