As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our business, responsible for generating leads and driving sales. You will engage with clients within display homes, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Generating leads by engaging clients within display homes
* Understanding and assessing client needs and providing solutions
* Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets
* Providing clients with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
* Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners
* Overseeing the display home is kept maintained to the highest standards
Qualifications and Requirements
* Contractor requirements, such as ABN, public liability insurance and workers compensation if employees are present
* Driven and highly motivated
* Hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport
* Proven history and understanding of the volume residential building industry preferred but not essential
* Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills
* Self-motivated, 'can do attitude' and desire to succeed within your own business
* Professional approach and positive can-do attitude
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills
* Ability to meet customer satisfaction levels and exceed expectations
