Are you an organised and proactive warehouse professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy operations team, supporting day-to-day warehouse coordination, inventory control and transport administration. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administration with operational support and has strong attention to detail. The Opportunity Working closely with operations, warehouse and customer service teams, you will play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy, smooth order processing and timely delivery coordination across the business. You’ll be responsible for supporting warehouse administration functions while maintaining high standards across inventory management, freight coordination and customer service. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Control Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across the warehouse Investigate stock discrepancies and assist with reporting processes Coordinate incoming stock and manage damaged goods returns Assist with back-order reporting and stock forecasting activities Maintain visibility across stock movements and inventory levels Order & Freight Coordination Manage daily order releases and prioritise urgent dispatch requirements Coordinate deliveries with transport providers and drivers Track orders to ensure timely delivery outcomes Prepare delivery documentation and process invoicing through the warehouse management system Manage pallet control documentation including CHEP and LOSCAM Coordinate credits, returns and allocation changes where required Warehouse Administration Maintain accurate filing and operational documentation Support general warehouse administration and reporting Assist with maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across operations, sales and customer service About You Previous experience in a warehouse administration, logistics or supply chain support role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Confident using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Customer-focused with a team-oriented mindset Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential What’s on Offer Stable and supportive team environment Variety in your day with a mix of administration and operational coordination Opportunity to join a growing and fast-paced business Collaborative workplace culture with strong team support To be considered, please apply online now, or for further information please contact Leah Carr on lcarr@fourquarters.com.au
