About the Role Looking to bring on an energetic, creative, driven and competitive Business Development Manager to join our team in the operations of the separate arms of our business. Reporting to our Company Director, your day-to-day responsibilities are: ? Lead and Manage a sales and marketing team to achieve strategic goals and performance targets ? Develop and implement promotions strategies to explore new market opportunities and enhance brand visibility ? Drive revenue growth by building and maintain a strong sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships ? Establish and optimise internal procedures and workflows to enhance operational efficiency within the sales and marketing functions ? Gather market analytics and potential gaps and resolutions, whilst following up on significant business opportunities Skills and experience -Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or related fields -Ideally previous experience in a Business Development Manager role achieving/exceeding sales targets -Proven experience in client facing roles in Sales showcasing you clear and your strong negotiation skills. -Working with Children Certificate
