As we continue to expand our technology and operational capability, we are seeking a Business Analyst to support the evaluation, implementation, and rollout of key third-party software systems that will drive efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Work with stakeholders across Operations, Credit, Risk, Collections and IT to capture business requirements for third-party software solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Assess current processes and identify gaps that current systems need to address.
- Create requirements for 3rd party software and technology partners.
- Liaise with external software vendors to align product capabilities with business requirements.
- Support RFPs, vendor assessments, and system selection processes.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and integration standards.
- Implementation & Rollout
- Define project scope, timelines, and success criteria for software rollout.
- Support system configuration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and end-user training.
- Coordinate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption across teams.
- Ongoing Support & Improvement
- Monitor system performance post-rollout and capture feedback for enhancements.
- Document processes, workflows, and business rules.
- Act as the bridge between vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or lending/fintech environments.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system rollout.
- Experience managing relationships with third-party software vendors.
- Solid understanding of lending operations, compliance obligations, and customer experience drivers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
