Job Title: Front Office Team Lead
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front Office Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide and support the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
* Train new team members and ensure they meet the required standards.
* Manage daily tasks and maintain accurate guest accounts.
* Resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
* At least two years of experience in a supervisor position in the hotel industry.
* Previous front office experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
