Clerk grade 9/10. Salary – $125,693 - $138, 510 plus employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
As the Executive Officer for the myWorkZone Branch you will support the Office of the Executive Director, providing high-level executive and secretariat support services to assist the Executive team in addressing the complexities of their role and achieving business objectives.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible as the Senior Executive’s primary point of contact, ensuring the prioritisation of urgent and sensitive matters while optimising the Executive’s time. Key duties include managing schedules, correspondence, and records to ensure seamless operations across the Executive Team.
Additionally, you will oversee complex communication across public and private sectors, provide secretariat support, coordinate meetings and documentation flow, and deliver administrative assistance to the Director of Governance & Assurance and team.
Further responsibilities include conducting research and analysis to support decision-making, as well as developing, implementing, and evaluating administrative systems to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes.

* Strong experience in executive support, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
* A strong ability to operate under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism is essential.
* Experience in strong professional connections across internal and external stakeholders including ministerial level engagements.
