Remuneration: $80,340.91 - $82,240.21 per annum, pro rata + super

About The Opportunity


We are looking for a dedicated Business Support Officer to join us in this meaningful role. As the Business Support Officer, you will support a team of 8 staff specialists, including:

1. Providing high-level administrative support across Medical Services, including managing consultant calendars, coordinating with Specialist Clinics, and handling admission bookings.
2. Liaising effectively with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure accurate communication, clinic scheduling, and timely patient care services.
3. Generating clear, professional correspondence and reports while maintaining confidentiality of patient records.

About You


Our ideal candidate will:

1. Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
2. Showcase excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively support a high-performing team of specialists.
3. Have strong organisational skills and be solutions-focused.
4. Be available to work Thursday & Friday, 8am to 5pm.
