Job Description

Major Responsibilities:
* Manages the cost estimating activity for a significant area within a project which requires a high degree of technical skilled experience
* Analyzes data to provide innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges
* Ensures work is completed as scheduled
* Supports project organizational and administrative activities
Education and Experience Requirements
A bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and **** years of relevant experience or ***** years of relevant work experience are typically required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in managing cost engineering functions, including cost estimation, cost control, and cost analysis
* Proven ability to establish comprehensive criteria for Project Controls activities
* Possesses advanced statistical knowledge, including regression analysis, variance estimation, and correlation
* Experienced in providing leadership, personnel administration, and training for both technical and non-technical teams
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Adept at identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex problems
* Holds an advanced understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes
* Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends and technical developments
