Job Description The Management Accountant role will involve the following: Delivery of financial reporting and analysis to key finance and operational decision makers Monthly Management reporting, including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, variance analysis etc, assuring accuracy of information and compliance with statutory requirements. Manage costing process for the organisations Australian operations Deliver on all the reporting requirements to the CEO Providing financial direction for budgeting and forecasting across the business Assist the external accountants with external audits Monitor and improve internal controls The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will be CA or CPA qualified (or be working towards) and have strong experience as a Financial Accountant or Management Accountant within a complex commercial environment. You will be a committed and valued team player with strong analytical skills. You will have the ability to work unsupervised and deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.
