We are seeking an organized and detail-focused individual to fill the role of Facilities Coordinator.
About Your Role
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage mailroom tasks, and deliver exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for coordinating facility operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
This is an ongoing part-time position working 32 hours per week, with flexibility in schedule. The reception desk operates during core business hours, Monday to Friday.

* Previous experience in an administrative or reception role within a similar environment
* Excellent presentation and attention to detail
* Strong administration and mailroom skills
* Highly developed customer service focus
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Technical capability with computer hardware and software
* Courteous, professional, and discreet
* Adaptable, social, personable, and patient
* Strong sense of accountability
Desirable qualifications include knowledge or exposure to purchase orders and invoicing, previous mail room experience, and proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and software applications.
