About the Role:
As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Unloading and delivering goods ensuring proper handling and storage.
* Matching deliveries with documentation and reporting damaged goods.
* Managing stock deliveries to hospital departments and conducting stock checks.
* Operating RF scanners to manage imprest inventory.
* Safely and efficiently put away stock in designated storage areas.
* Ensuring safety standards and compliance with traffic management procedures.
* Assisting clinical staff with stock requests and maintaining a clean, organized supply area.
* Supporting continuous improvement efforts and participating in quality assurance activities.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Experience in warehouse or distribution environments, including using manual handling equipment and RF scanning.
* High levels of attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Forklift license (or willingness to obtain).
