YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE Employee Relations Consultant - People & CultureOngoing, Part-Time position0.8 EFT or 60.8 hours per fortnight As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing specialist advice and support on a wide range of employment matters across Peter Mac.
A key function of the role is to support enterprise bargaining processes, implementation of new enterprise agreements and other entitlement related compliance activities.
The role also supports leaders in managing staffing and performance matters, managing complex employee relations matters, undertaking workplace investigations, advising leaders on best practice HR and organisation policy and procedures, and providing specialist IR advice on industrial instruments and employment legislation.
We hope you have prior experience in an ER/IR advisory role, with a proven ability to develop effective strategies, solutions and interventions to address the full range of employee relations matters.
Experience in the public health sector or a related industry would be advantageous.
