Job Title: Administrative Support and Client Service Officer
Job Description:
This is a dynamic role operating within a small team that forms part of the broader registry team. All staff are expected to be flexible and adaptable to moving across teams as required, in response to work demands, staff leave, and other operational reasons.
The role provides administrative support for the Court and Tribunal Services function, including debt collection, management of the Litigant's Fund, building maintenance issues, and the purchasing of goods and stationery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate procedural advice when interpreting various rules and regulations;
* Assess court documentation for completeness and ensure compliance with court rules;
* Manage the receipting and collection of relevant monies and debt recovery;
* Update information on case management systems and maintain accuracy in data entry;
* Provide high-quality docket support to Judges and Court Officers;
* Perform courtroom activities, such as setting up courtrooms and operating technology;
* Generate invoices and ensure correct fees are paid;
* Interact with eServices, including the Electronic Court File;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated technical expertise and effective management of digital platforms and software;
* Excellent communication and liaison skills;
* Excellent clerical skills, including assessing documentation for form and completeness;
* Demonstrated organisational skills, including managing several processes at once;
* Tolerance, diligence, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision;
