Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to the centralized claims team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team members comply with contractual obligations.
* Develop and mentor staff, ensuring all team members are provided with adequate training and ongoing development that meet KPI and contractual compliance.
* Manage performance of staff through conducting regular performance reviews, measuring performance against monthly KPIs.
* Manage underperforming team members with the negotiation of a Performance Improvement Plan and ongoing management to support team members in achieving the required performance levels.
* Ensure a thorough understanding of contractual and legislative requirements, in particular a comprehensive knowledge of Outcome and Documentary Evidence Guidelines.
* Conduct regular file audits, ensuring the compliance framework is being adhered to.
* Coordinate the day to day activities with a strong focus on time management and performance, ensuring daily tasks are completed within accepted timeframes.

Anywhere in the Perth Metro Area.
Experience and Skills
* Extensive experience in Employment Services with a proven ability to meet individual and organisational key performance targets.
* Strong understanding of Government Employment Services programs and contractual requirements.
* Experience in leading teams- able to provide feedback, give direction to a team, set goals and KPIs and manage performance.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with people from a variety of backgrounds.
* Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely to suit the purpose.
* Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
* Sound Information Technology and administration skills.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Experience with electronic Document Management systems desirable.
* A satisfactory National Police Check and a current Working with Children Check.
