The role of a Licensed Surveyor is to lead and manage survey projects, delivering high-quality outcomes for clients through cost-effective solutions.
About the Position
* Prepare accurate survey documentation in compliance with industry standards.
* Submit survey documentation to relevant authorities and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
* Monitor work in progress against project budgets and goals.
* Perform cadastral surveying and subdivision work, ensuring all tasks comply with safety and quality standards.
* Mentor and coach a team of talented surveyors to develop their skills and expertise.
This position is primarily office-based, though fieldwork will be required. Strong communication and consulting skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
* Degree in Surveying and registration as a Licensed Surveyor with the relevant governing body.
* Eligibility to act as a supervising surveyor for PTA candidates (highly desirable).
* Strong understanding of cadastral legislation and subdivision processes.
* Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
* Experience with Leica equipment (desirable).
