Our client partner is a global pharmaceutical organisation known for strong growth, and an enviable product pipeline. With several upcoming launches and a bold vision for the future, they are now seeking a National Commerical Key Account Manager (KAM) to join their Sales & Marketing team. This is a permanent, full-time role reporting to the Commercial Lead, with occasional travel required.
What you'll do:
* Manage relationships with key healthcare stakeholders including Pharmacy Banner Groups, hospitals Tender Boards, KOLs, payers, wholesalers, distributors and procurement authorities.
* Support market access and reimbursement, including PBS listings, tenders, and formulary inclusion
* Collect and analyse sales data (IQVIA and internal), providing insights and preparing PBS price disclosure reports.
* Oversee customer relations with wholesalers, pharmacies, and hospitals including stock reviews, discounts, tenders and contracts.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and finance to align initiatives.
About you:
* The ideal candidate will have previous pharmacy sales experience pharmaceutical industry and existing/prior relationships with banner groups and some exposure within the hospital enviroment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency with CRM/sales analytics tools; degree in Business, Science, or related field preferred.
